🌙 Mama Moon Magic Booking Policy For All Postpartum Doula Services & Packages Thank you for considering Mama Moon Magic for your postpartum journey. This is sacred work — rooted in nourishment, presence, and support. The following policy helps create clarity and mutual respect as we move through this space together. ✨ Booking & Availability All doula services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited to ensure every client receives intentional, high-quality care. A signed agreement and initial payment (or full payment) are required to secure your spot. Start dates will be scheduled in advance and confirmed once booking is complete. ✨ What’s Included All packages are clearly outlined on my website or in our consults. Services may include: – In-home or virtual support – Meal planning & preparation – Infant care education – Emotional + energetic support – Light household help Customizations are welcome and honored if communicated in advance and agreed upon in writing. ✨ Scheduling Visits Visits are scheduled based on your chosen package, needs, and my availability. You’ll receive access to a shared scheduling tool or personalized calendar. Consistency is encouraged for deeper support, but flexibility is honored. ✨ Rescheduling & Missed Visits Visits may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited time. I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes within the same week, space permitting. ✨ Payments & Refunds Payment is due either in full or through an approved payment plan at time of booking. Groceries or outside expenses (for meal support packages) are billed separately. ✨Refunds: – Before services begin: full refund minus $100 booking fee – After services begin: no refunds for completed work – Prepaid unused time may be credited or held for up to 30 days in emergency situations ✨ Your Commitment, My Commitment You are held in a container of warmth, care, and sacred support.
