Setting expectations around rest, identity, and mental health
Perfect for those who want more than the hospital class. You’ll leave with resources, a local support list, and confidence in your voice and instincts.

She offers personalized 1:1 in-home sessions and in-person group meetups, focusing on nurturing the birthing person while embracing the needs of the entire family. Jaclyn believes postpartum care extends well beyond the first 90 days, providing support for up to three years. Proudly LGBTQ+ inclusive, she is dedicated to making parenthood a time of abundance and healing for all families.
